SP6 RNA Polymerase Plus RNase Inhibitor

Description: 

The SP6 RNA polymerase (buffer: 20 mM potassium phosphate (pH 7.7), 1 mM EDTA, 100 mM NaCl, 0.1% Triton X-100, 50% (v/v) glycerol) and rRNasin (buffer: 20 mM HEPS-KOH (pH 7.6), 50 mM KCL, 8 mM dithiothreitol, 50% (v/v) glycerol) are provided separately. Refer to our protocols for more information on how this product can be used in transcription reactions and in combination with our wheat germ cell-free protein expression system.

Shipment and Storage

Our products are shipped on dry ice. Store the reagents at -20°C upon arrival. The reagents are temperature sensitive and should be always stored in a freezer at -20°C. Keep reagents on ice while using them at the bench. Avoid unnecessary freeze/thawing.
