Description

The kit provides an easy and reliale method to purify plasmid DNA from 25-100 mL bacterial cultures in less than 60 minutes. An syringe filter is developed for lysate clearance. The DNA is ready for downstream applications such as RFLP, DNA amplification, automated sequencing and transfection of HEK 293 cells.
