The intensity of the color is positive to the Mouse TPO-Ab in the sample. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm. Determine the sample's positive or negative status by measuring the OD value.Specificity: This kit recognizes Mouse TPO-Ab in samples.
