The chemical structure was confirmed by NMR and HRMS.
Application
Leuhistin was isolated from culture filtrate of Bacillus laterosporus BMI156-14. 1) The structure was determined by NMR studies, chemical analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis. 2) Leuhistin inhibited aminopeptidase M (IC50: 0.2 μg/ml). It weaky inhibited aminopeptidases A and B but did not inhibit leucyl aminopeptidase at 100 μg/ml.1)
