FluxMPS™ DCP-LL15H-R2X is a Microfluidics Suitable, quadruple-stage ultra-filtered (0.1 µm ×2 + 0.04 µm ×2) Leibovitz's L-15 2X formulation with 50 mM HEPES, engineered for primary cells and related models on organ-on-a-chip (OoC) and microphysiological system (MPS) platforms. D-Galactose (1.8 g/L) replaces glucose as the carbon source, and high amino acid concentrations plus 50 mM HEPES (pKa 7.3 at 37°C) maintain pH without CO₂ supplementation. Phenol red is excluded to support autofluorescence-free live-cell imaging.
