FluxMPS™ DCP-LL15H2X is a Microfluidics Suitable, ultra-filtered Leibovitz's L-15 2X + 50mM HEPES formulation engineered for primary cells and related cell models on organ-on-a-chip (OoC) and microphysiological system (MPS) platforms. A quadruple-stage train (0.1 µm ×2 + 0.04 µm ×2) reaches a 0.04 µm final cut-off, five times finer than the 0.22 µm membranes used for conventional sterile filtration. HEPES (50 mM, pKa 7.3 at 37°C) provides robust, CO2-independent pH buffering on top of the D-galactose/high-amino-acid base chemistry of L-15. Formulation: [+] L-Glutamine, [+] Phenol Red, [+] HEPES (50 mM), [+] Calcium, [+] Magnesium, [+] Sodium Pyruvate.
