Engineered where standard media fails
Conventional 0.22 µm–filtered Waymouth Medium passes subvisible particulates and organisms that clog microfluidic channels and interfere with sensitive assays. FluxMPS™ is built to a finer standard.
Microchannel-safe purity
0.04 µm final filtration with USP <788> Method 1 particulate compliance, together with a < 0.05 EU/mL endotoxin release specification (USP <85>), supports use with TLR4-sensitive primary cell types and narrow-geometry microfluidic channels.
Defined nutrient control
5000 mg/L D-glucose, 350 mg/L L-glutamine, and 15 mg/L reduced glutathione provide a phosphate-buffered nutrient base for hybridoma, fibroblast, and other demanding cell types requiring the Waymouth MB 752/1 formulation.
Ultrapure-grade water
Type 1 water (18.2 MΩ·cm) with trace-metal and organic-carbon (TOC) control minimizes trace contaminant carryover into every formulation.
Low background for imaging
The 0.04 µm final filtration establishes an ultra-low particulate baseline suited to confocal microscopy and biosensor-based assays; phenol-red-free formulations are available on request for fluorescence-sensitive applications requiring minimal background.
Rich, stable nutrient profile
40 characterized components across inorganic salts, amino acids, vitamins, and specialty additives — including 15 mg/L reduced glutathione — released via micro-batch, per-lot quality control.
Customization on demand
pH, nutrient concentrations, HEPES buffering, and other component modifications available on request. Contact support@diagnocine.com.
Quadruple-stage filtration system
