Endo-β-N-acetylglucosaminidase (ENGase) catalyzes hydrolysis of N-linked oligosaccharides.
In addition, some ENGases have transglycosylation activity, and can transfer sugar chains to sugar or glycoconjugate as acceptor.

Endo-CC is an ENGase from the basidiomycete fungus Coprinopsis cinerea, and catalyzes hydrolysis of N-linked oligosaccharides, especially high-mannose type and biantennary complex type.
Endo-CC N180H is Endo-CC mutant, and can transfer sugar chains for example SG-Oxazoline (product number:171810) as donor to GlcNAc as acceptor.
