Exosomes have been reported to play a significant role in the progression of various diseases. They are considered attractive targets for biomarkers and drug development. It remains difficult to isolate high-purity exosomes from biological fluids.
EVSecond is a Size Exclusion method applied to collect exosomes from serum, plasma or cell culture supernatant. EVSecond features a gravity flow handling without ultracentrifugation making the process less labour and time intensive.
While EVSecond needs to be stored and opperated at 4 oC, EVSecond L70 has to be stored at 4 oC but can be used at room temperature making the process significantly more easy.
