World’s cleanest buffer for all cell and molecular biology experiments
DNA Loading Buffer facilitates the loading process by increasing the density of the sample and providing visual tracking. This buffer has sucrose, which has a higher density than the running buffer used for gel electrophoresis. When added to the DNA sample, it increases the overall density of the mixture relative to the buffer. The increased density helps the DNA sample sink to the gel wells' bottom during loading rather than diffusing into the surrounding running buffer. By ensuring the DNA sample remains concentrated within the wells, sucrose helps prevent sample loss or diffusion, which could lead to poor resolution or distorted bands. Sucrose is less viscous and sticky than glycerol, making it easier to pipette and handle.
* Please note that this buffer contains bromophenol blue and xylene cyanol.

All DiagnoCine Precision Sterile buffers are filtered-sterilized with a 0.1-micron filtration two times and 0.04-micron filtration one time. Thus, mycoplasma contamination is prevented. The smallest size mycoplasma type can be about 0.2 microns.
