Monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) is a potent cytotoxic agent used as a payload in antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) for targeted cancer therapy. It is conjugated to monoclonal antibodies, enabling selective delivery to cancer cells, where it exerts its toxic effects to induce cell death. The high potency of MMAE makes it an effective component in ADCbased cancer treatment.
MMAE: Monomethyl auristatin E
Clone No. AB12401
Lot. B-1
Concentration: 1mg/mL
