Description

DynaMarker ProteinEco is a molecular-weight standard for Protein SDS-PAGE. DynaMarker Protein Eco does not contain DTT in the storage buffer. Therefore DynaMarker Protein Eco requires to be mixed with the supplied Protein loading dye.

Standard protein molecular weight marker consisting of purified well-known proteins.

Protein Loading Dye is provided for easy sample preparation to run on SDS-PAGE. 
MW : 97.4, 66.2, 45.0, 29.0, 20.1 and 14.4 kDa

Recobinant E. coli is lysed with Protein Loading Dye and run on SDSPAGE (10%). Expressed protein is seen as thick bands

DynaMarker® Protein Eco is used as standards in determining the molecular weight of proteins on SDS-PAGE:

  • Standard protein molecular weight marker consisting of purified well-known proteins. 
  • Protein Loading Dye is provided for easy sample preparation to run on SDS-PAGE.
Recommended loading for DynaMarker Protein Eco
↓Dilute an aliquot of the Protein loading dye with an equal volume of sterilized water
↓Mix 2.5 µl of DynaMarker Protein Eco and 2.5 µl of above the two-times diluted Protein loading dye
↓Heat at 100oC for 5 min
↓Load to a well

Recommended loading for protein sample
↓ Mix 2.5 µl of Protein loading dye and 2.5 µl of a protein sample
↓ Heat at 100oC for 5 min
↓ Load to a well
